Hard to reach people by phone. Even when I enter a first or last name, it comes up with someone completely different. And no way to get a human to answer the phone if the service advisor isn’t at his desk.

Service department should have washed the car after being serviced. My former Lexus dealer would wash the car every time I brought the car in for any kind of service!!
