The prices are ridiculous. I'm extremely unhappy with this location and possibly Acura all together. I would not proceed in being a repeat buyer or dealing with this technician.

He said he would let us know first thing in the morning so I can determine if I will need a rental car or not when I dropped off the car the evening before. We had to call him 3 times at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 and he kept saying “how can I call you when the diagnostic is not done?”
I get that the garage gets busy but all he had to say was, “it doesn’t look like your diagnostic will get done this morning. I think it is safer to get the rental”
All we wanted to know was if we needed to get a rental or not if Acura was not going to provide a loaner (by the way, you guys never seem to have one)
he didn’t communicate anything significant until my husband had to go into work (he already missed 3 hrs in the morning) and kept gas lighting both my husband and I on the phone.
I was desperate to rent a car and struggled at enterprise as they had run out of car for the day by 12:30pm. Thankfully they were able to bring a car from a different location which saved me greatly.
I had to go pick up my 3 kids in 2 different schools by 1:25pm and he called at 1:20 and said now the car is getting done and will be ready. Really? You couldn’t tell me that even 30 min before??
That was 30 min after I got a rental. He is dismissive and makes you feel like you are bothering him. It is extremely unprofessional and he makes you feel like you are insignificant.
We go out of our way to get our services at Acura and we are extremely displeased with this type of service and demeanor. I would not recommend my family and friends to get cars from Acura or get their services at the dealership if I have to deal with a person like him. It’s such a shame
Took me right away and I got all work done while I waited.
Brian does an excellent job informing me of tyevneeds, costs and expected delivery times for the work being done. And, he his true to his word. Excellent communicator and a bonus for Acura’s reputation.
