Everyone including Jonathan was very polite, I got offered beverages, drive the vehicle, i felt very comfortable. It was a nice experience to buy my vehicle there

I was happy with everyone I worked with, but worked most closely with Kajaun Peters.
My car was kept overnight-I was told it would be 5/6 hours - I had a loaner car but I thought I would have my car by 5:00 - had to cancel plans for the afternoon. I was never called to tell me that there would be a delay in getting my car back. Very annoying! Also 2 cans of seltzer are missing from the back - had 10 cans when I dropped it off, only 8 when I picked it up
Jonathan was very helpful and kept in touch while my car was being serviced. I would recommend him to anyone

When I picked up the loaner car, the woman who assisted me was short with me & acted as though she didn’t want to be there. Everyone has a bad so I explained to her that I am hearing impaired & apologized for making her repeat herself. That went without comment & she continued to speak quickly & ignore me. I then got the loaner & it was dirty. I would expect someone to wipe down the dash & door handles during a pandemic. I don’t usually complain, but I didn’t think I deserved the impatience from your staff & while I am vaccinated, I continue to practice being safe.

Bob accommodated me as always with the scheduling of this appointment. He was very thorough and did a fine job. I am grateful to have him take care of my car needs.
Bob was good. But it took over 2 hours when I set up an appointment In the beginning of the week. I feel the process should be faster when you book an appointment. Other then that it wasn't bad.

Jonathan was very nice, helpful and accommodating. He knew that I could only do part of the work this time around and he was able to bring it in at a price that was excellent.
