Bet you didn't have me on your work list even though the appointment was made in MARCH. Were the tires rotated? First person who helped me said it was due. I did not see it on the invoice. Did I pay for service I did not get? Personnel were respectful towards me.

Erica was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and very customer orient. A real asset for Toyota. I will ask for Erica in the future. In addition, James, the service technician was also excellent in explaining the problem with my Camry.

Service was promised to be completed in under two hours. I specifically asked if it was certain to be under two hours because I had a commitment this afternoon. I even asked for a loaner and was denied. Then I offered to decrease the level of service to decrease the time but was assured it would be less than 2 hours to completion. Fast forward I walked out over 3 and a half hours later. I was comped the service but I don’t know if I will return again. We have been customers for many years but I can’t rely on the word of someone who continually dates expectations and doesn’t deliver. And when I arrived this morning my appt was not listed on the service roster and this afternoon I received an email stating I missed my appointment. Get it together Galaxy!

Erica is awesome - she’s attentive to my concerns and always gives me honest feedback. Plus she does a great job of keeping me updated on the repairs and when I should expect the truck to be ready. Id say she’s an absolute asset to the service team.

At first I was told many things I needed but actually did not need . Car took Longer then expected and I was upset as I dropped at 8 Am expecting my ride for pick Up at 4 . I spoke to Lou Vitale he was very helpful Told me tires did not need rotation cabin filter could wait and would courtesy the oil change w the recall repair of pump. He then personally called me to say it was ready Tonight . I did appreciate that very much! I have been a Toyota customer for about 30 years purchasing many camrys from your location and Toms River over 15 or more for both myself and my daughters . I value customer service beyond but don’t like being sold stuff not needed. I have referred my mom 2 years ago She Paid cash for a truck my daughter and boyfriend all bought cars in Eatontown within the last year . I have a lease and did not expect the quote I received today. As a medical professional Taking care of patients is my profession You Take care of our cars but please be honest and just give good service we all will come back Over and over knowing there is trust . Lou Did the right thing
