Juan is fantastic so not about him . It’s regarding a head light that needing replacement. The part is over 776 dollars and for the second time I needed a part that’s not in stock. I have had issues with this car from day one. Trust me I will never purchase another Nissan nor will I recommend one. In my job I deal with hundreds of families a day.

I brought my car in on Tuesday for some repairs. My car was ready for pickup Thursday. My daughter went to pick my car up and she called me from work to tell me my hubcap was missing. I contacted Rudolph and he said he didn’t know what happened and they couldn’t find it. Rudolph said he would speak to the manager and call me back. It is now Friday evening and I have yet to hear from anyone. I’m pretty disappointed with the service.
