They provided timely service both in the scheduling of my oil change and in the time it took to complete the job. The service waiting area was neat and clean and provided some very tasty snacks. The free WiFi is a plus. Will definitely be back for my next oil change.
Cynthia really took care of all my needs especially since it was a last minute drop off and she made sure I had a loaner which was truly needed and made the day in the unfortunate circumstances. I appreciate all she did and her communication was fantastic.
Customer service was questionable. There wasn’t good explanation of things on the phone while making an appointment or at the appointment. Being a first time car owner, I expected more.
Maybe when calling about appointments, more questions can be asked and explained better so people know what they are going into exactly.
If I’m offered 2 years oil changes with a purchase of a $40,000 car why am I not being asked what my oil percentage is before I come in? I was told I didn’t have to come in once I got there. I shouldn’t have to memorize the owners manual. I was not explained the differential oil at all on the phone. This should be incorporated with all phone calls who are scheduling this before even coming in especially when I have to drive 30 minutes for maintenance

Everything seems to be workin fine, happy to get something to drive again. Although the SRS light was on when I drove it home I thought it might go off but seems like its still on. Its not a big deal though its an old car after all.
