I am usually extremely happy with the service that I receive until this time. I asked to change a phone number on my account and that didn’t get done right. It took 2 hours instead of one that I am used to. I was told to have a service done that I believe didn’t need to be done. I asked for help to cover a blemish on my car and I had to explain it several times and I just decided to do it myself. These are all small complaints but when you put them together, I was disappointed.

D’andrea is great. She used my name, recognized me on subsequent visits and called with estimates. She didn’t a great job and I appreciate her professionalism.
I came in to get get a flat tire fixed/replaced and I was there for almost 2.5 hrs!! I understand that this was not a scheduled service and I obviously didn’t have an appointment. But that is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. That is 2.5 hrs I had to be off work to get my tire fixed. When I bought the tires from this dealership I added road hazard to protect them and that is the only reason I brought my car here to get the tire checked. When I finally got a call from the service advisor to tell me my car was ready, I went back to service and she told me that my car was in the “drive” and ready to go. I walked out to the direction where she pointed but my car was not there and she didn’t bother to give me my keys. I went back in to let her know I didn’t see my car and that she didn’t give me the keys. After looking around for a couple minutes she found my keys and the found my car parked behind the building. She still insisted that my car was “ready to go”. I got in the car and turned it on and changed my dash settings to tire pressure to make sure the tires were good. However, I was still getting a tire pressure indicator on my back passenger side tire. I walked back inside to let her know the problem and asked if I would be getting a new tire since this one wasn’t holding air. She took the keys and had the same tech look at it. I went back to the lounge to wait.
A bit later she came back to get me and told me the car was ready. I went back to the service dept. I was told that they had plugged the tire but forgot to put air in the tire. When I found the problem earlier that day the tire only had 5 psi. I didn’t have a lot of faith in what I was told. she gave me my keys and said “I was trying really hard to not have to replace that tire for you because then I would have recommended you would need two tires”. That really kind of set me off. What is the point of spending the money for road hazard if the tire won’t be replaced if that is the best/safest thing for the customer? I’ve been getting service work done at this dealership for several years and I really didn’t appreciate this whole experience.

Aleena was most pleasant and helpful. She told me ahead of time how long the service would take and the approximate cost. She kept me informed throughout the appointment and the car was ready on time and for the amount quoted.
Dei was amazing. She was open, honest, and communicative about my options and the realistic options I had for repairs on the car. Her work reminds me why I continue to bring my car back to Huffman. Thank you!

My brakes are still squeaking. I am on vacation in South Carolina and my brakes are squeaking just as bad as they were prior to the service. I’d appreciate a call Monday morning to discuss brining this car back in as you can imagine we aren’t very pleased at the moment.
