D'andrea went beyond and above to help me through a time of uncertain with what was going on with my TSX. When I decided to trade her commitment didn't stop at service.
She was extremely helpful. She kept me well informed while my car was in service. She knew I needed to be on the road by 11 AM and she made it happen.

Our experience has been poor at best. Will not return for service or any future buy. Will take our business to acura in Lexington. Your service department needs alot of training on customer satisfaction and service.Our family has bought 4 vehicle's and had service done in the past on all 4 vehicles at this dealership. Your service has gone down hill! We are done. Do not call!
