We had an appointment to have our MDX serviced and a recall claim repaired on a weekend. We live out of town. We were told that our car couldn’t be fixed that day, and we would have to leave it until it was fixed. We were given a loaner car, which helped. Cynthia was very professional and transparent. She went above and beyond to communicate with us and make sure we understood what was going on although we were highly inconvenienced. This is nothing in regards to the service from her we received. It was just frustrating and disappointing that the dealership allowed us so schedule service on a day when it was impossible for the work to be done. Cynthia did everything in her power to make it right, and we appreciate that.
