Cynthia was wonderful. The other woman at the service desk with clear glasses lacks customer service skills. Today after I walked in and got in line behind the customer she was helping, she said abruptly, “I will be with you in a moment.” Her tone was offensive. as if I were an inconvenience to her or didn’t know to wait my turn in line. This is not how to express “i will be right with you.” She used the same tone with the next customer, as if she were saying , “I am in charge and I will be with you in a moment.” She did not display the best customer service skills while “helping” the woman in front of me. I would have probably let this go if did not over hear her being completely rude to one of the mechanics. Right in front of me she said “Focus” in such a rude way as the two of them were working out what appeared to be some confusion. She was so rude to him in. Telling a mechanic (or any adult) “focus” using that condescending tone she used was not only rude and unprofessional but it also doesn’t inspire faith in the mechanic’s competency.

You have serviced my Acura vehicles since about 1991. If you weren’t great I would not have had my vehicles serviced there for the last thirty years. Tell Nick that my 2000 TL is almost back to showroom condition with 200,000+/- miles. Thanks for everything, D’. JRK
