Open and honest explanation of status of my car.
Cynthia was great but the problem I experienced, my car shut down on I-64 west bound near the third street exit. Turns out there was a technical advisory issued for my model car on 9/15/15, one month after I purchased the car. Not sure why this was not previously identified and addressed. I was in for regular service the week before and was told all checked out great.
Being stuck on the side of I-64 for over two hours is no fun.
Cynthia is totally on target with what needs to be done and not done. She is truly the best service representative with whom I have ever dealt. Don’t lose her!
