I have to admit, she took a somewhat tense moment and tuned it into a good experience. I was miffed that she said it would be a two hour wait. I told her I specifically called last week to make an appointment and was told that I didn’t need one. Just come in, it’s first-come- first-serve. Aleena explained, she only had two technicians and one was at lunch but do back shortly. She was right he came back before we finished talking. She was also right, it didn’t take that long. I was out long before the two hours. Good job all the way around.

Not understanding about labor cost, I had oil change done with coupon and they did the inspection $100, the main issue I went in your dealership for is steering, how was there labor charge? For inspection.
