Aleena and De did a fine job and were professional today during service. I wish it would have been more clear prior when booking that shuttle service were not available. Also, the issues with my car beyond the scheduled service continue and i will be planning a diagnostic appt for both a poor acting idle stop and highway speed vibrations that have been present since i first purchased the car in some amount. Acura automotive needs to step up and take ownership of a defective design or parts and Correct these issues.
You were short staffed so it took 1.5 hrs for a oil change but other then that the service was great

For the most part I trust the dealership, but I should also be able to trust that I can bring in my coupons that you guys mailed to me and use them , My car uses 5 quarts of SYN oil With coupon $45.95 . Then I decided to get tire rotation with coupon $15.00 , Scratch & save $10.00 off . So why was my total $74.06? My math says my total should have been $50.95 . I expect a answer why ? And a credit for next time . Kathy D
Rep was not friendly at all. My issue is neither resolved nor she accepted the root cause of the issue. She gave very unreasonable justification that break pads were in very good condition in June but it got worst in October (in just 3 months). She has no manners to attend customers and don’t listen and talks over instead of listening to someone. Very unsatisfactory and I will never visit this acura location again
Everything was great.
The only thing was that a couple of settings were off. My clock was changed and I was traveling through time zones. And my seat I had disabled the exit motion of the seat and steering and it was back on. I’m short and don’t need it activated.
D’andrea was super welcoming and thoroughly explained everything prior to and after my maintenance session. Such a fun, outgoing girl!
