I have never in my life had a better experience in a service department. My Forrester is a lease vehicle. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked about touchup paint of which was in my vehicle and added to my bill and I had to do nothing. I was supplied a 2020 outback to do errands with. Trevor called me when the vehicle was done. I returned paid my bill he walked me out to my Forrester and showed me how to use my touch up paint. Again never in my life Have I had such an exceptional experience in service at a dealership. thank you Denice K

Noah was great. Sad the existing crack in my windshield took off after service, but I'm sure that couldn't have been helped. Guess I'll be contacting you about getting it replaced sooner than I'd hoped.

I wanted to thank your team at Schulte Subaru for their exemplary service. I called and talked with Heather Thursday morning to try to get my father in law Subaru in for an oil change. I explained that my mother in law had passed away at Mayo Clinic and due to circumstances I was driving her car and it was due for an oil change service. She worked the schedule and was able to get me a hard time at 3pm on Friday afternoon. Thanks to your dedicated team I was able to get the vehicle to your store from Winner, SD on my way back to my in-laws in northern MN. Taylor was great as well and helped me figure out the intricacies of the cruise control which made my last leg of travel much more enjoyable. My tires were not rotated and now I have a low pressure reading. Also my AC has stopped working after visiting your shop, I am sure just a coincidence but I called your service department on Friday for a return call but never received one. I specifically called Taylor’s direct number. I am now scheduled to take my car to Courtesy Subaru to take care of my AC problem. I have been completely happy with your franchise up to this point.
