Trevor was great at keeping me posted on the issue that I had with Starlink. I was very unhappy to find out that the upgrade done in December did not result an updated Starlink and they cancelled my subscription. I also believe I was without service driving back from Fort Myers, FL. Thank goodness I didn’t need to use it. However, I will know on Friday if it updated correctly as I had to wait three days to reinstate.
