My Vehicle had a collision on property when bringing it back from its first oil change. No one told me anything happen to my vehicle. After sitting there for 1 and a half saw my vehicle waiting to be washed and found out then what happened. No communication between me or the staff on what happened. Then had to take my vehicle to the body shop. Once there they wanted me to bring it back on the 24. Unexpectable fir me not to get a loaner vehicle right then and there. Tried to speak to the owner and was pushed off to the service manager. Then was given a rental from enterprise after getting a little loud. Need the owner to contact me.
Rick was great. Got my vehicle back in the time expected.
