The wait was extremely long, which I am ok with if it is effectively communicated. I understand that Saturday’s are busy but I was originally told 2 hours and it was nearly 4.

If I make an appointment, I’m trusting that I will get the service at that time. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was told that everything was going to be done in 1 hour and 15 minutes including my car being washed. I was able to go at 3:58 so it was basically twice the time. With everything that is going on, the least I expect is to go and be gone as soon as possible.
The guy told it should take one hour to complete the service but I should wait there 2 1/2 hours. That’s so tired waiting for so long

The service technician had good customer service skills and contacted me during the whole duration of the service to inform me how the word process was going until the job was completed. I like way he explained the whole process of the repair.
I love my car Eduardo Rodriguez was very good and getting my car back to me. What I don't understand is what do the mechanics have to adjust my radio my AC my lights my seats. To them. Also when I dropped my car off on Thursday with 59 miles to empty and when I picked it up I had only 8 miles!! I don't like to have to get back in my car and adjust everything to me again

Brought my car in at 10:45am was told it would take 1 hour and I would be called when it’s was done.. someone called me at 3:30pm stating the car was already waited all these hours to have someone else call me not my advisor
I dropped off my car to you guys for 15k maintenance... and I kind of disappointed because you guys didn’t change the Oil. Saying the 15k maintenance don’t need to be changed. I used to bring my car to a different huge Toyota dealer in Orlando... They change the Oil every 5k miles and I called to confirm they said they can do it at every 5k as my choice.
I don’t see it as a hard request. For this particular reason I decided to don’t return for any further services
