Ricardo was excellent!!! He thoroughly addressed my service and all the checks and necessary work to be done. One problem that continues to be a major point of issue is the continuous attack to sell take vehicle to people who are there in the service department having their vehicle serviced. I believe this is a negative to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My service has always been exemplary and excellent and I will always bring my vehicle here for service. However I am doubtful that I will buy a vehicle from this dealership due to the pressure put on innocent people there solely to have their vehicle serviced.
If I have an appointment it shouldn’t take an hour and a half to rotate my tires.
