Bryan insisted on making the car service, even when I told him that I had recently called asking if the service could be delayed because the car doesn’t needed it yet.
He insisted so much that I agreed, just to avoid a problem.
When I got home, I notice that on the summary it says “20k service performed as REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER.
Why will I request the 20k service to be done if my car doesn’t even has 13k ????
Why your people force is to waste the free services ?? Just for is to pay later ??

I never had any problems with Toyota, this is my second lease and I was thinking to keep doing it as I really like the car, but after this, I’m seriously considering other brand that cares for customers also.
To long over a hour and half wait. They supposedly washed my car but got it back dirty.
He do everything Google because so he I will recommend more people to go to Toyota thank you

My car didn’t drive right after the repair. I could hardly drive home. Eddie did not hesitate to tell me to call the wrecker , gave me the number, to send the car back to be fixed. I was pleased he made it right so quickly without question.
I took my car to fix a recall and an oil change. Two days later my car dies in the middle of the road (I was with my one and s half year old daughter and the car stopped in the middle of a busy street, just so dangerous!) and I had to get a tow truck to bring it in to the dealer. They had done the recall incorrectly. When I came in nobody really seemed to care much about it, nobody apologized, they just acted like it’s normal for cars to get fixed Incorrectly there. You guys are just so busy that there is no personalized service. The one good thing that I do want to say was that Robin (I think her name was) was amazing, she was the service provider who took care of me when I came in fir the oil change, I had been waiting for over an hour for the shuttle service to take me to the mall (where I had left my mother waiting with my toddler who was very very hyper) I was desperate to get there, the shuttle drivers did not want to give her an ETA , she really did everything she could to get me to the mall. Shuttle drivers should at least give us an ETA so we can plan our transportation if we need to. The tow truck driver was great too
