Tow hitch installed in my brand new Toyota Sienna XLE 2021. Door kick at the back doesn’t seem to be working anymore. Is that something that is expected once the hitch was installed. I forgot to ask this question when I was at the dealership?

She need to be retrained I really believe that She doesn’t knows what she’s doing, when I went in to check my Tacoma in for service the girl was taking my information and same time taking a personal call on her cell. After the services on my Tacoma was complete she mess up my paperwork; 1st time she gave me my paperwork with someone else name and phone number on it, 2nd time, went back to her I had to wait for 5 minutes before she shows up on her desk again and then she “fixed it “ the paper work with my name on it, but wrong car information (2021 Camry wrong vin num and someone else information) went back for the 3rd time she was no on her desk again wasted another 5 minutes this time she gave me the right paper work with my name on it with my Tacoma info so I figured it was right this time but when I went out and checked the paperwork again it was somebody else phone number on it you got to be in idiot to make a mistake three times; I went back in and I asked to talk to a manager; a very polite manager took care of me and fixed the paperwork . I’m very disappointed with Gabriela, I don’t believe she’s in the proper position.
I need an upgrade but a great deal
When I received my bill for the oil change - it was over $73. I remarked that I never paid so much for an oil change. Roger did take $10 off the price. But when I got home and reviewed the bill, I found that reason for the high bill was that synthetic oil was used. This vehicle has never used synthetic oil. It flat out doesn't make sense to put it in a vehicle with over 188,000 miles. I had not even considered or was given a choice for synthetic. This was a rip-off!

Horrible service advisor who tried to present me an estimate for more money than the vehicle was worth... rude and unwilling to help... when I objected he said that he added additional items because he wasn't sure they were bad but "might as well since there was no way to know until the compressor was replaced" I know Service advisors work on commission but seriously... look at the service history... we've spent 1000s of dollars there at your dealership but if this is what service is like we will look elsewhere... we own a Toyota and Lexus and will look elsewhere for service and when it comes time to replace both vehicles. It still cost us $200 just to not have it serviced there... what a slap in the face.
Exceptional service and hospitality. I will drive back from Ocala just to do business there. You’ve set the bar high.
