I went in with a couple of issues and routine maintenance that i needed done. Gabriella helped me with everything i asked for and got me quotes for future autibody repairs I need done. She was polite and had ne back in my car in a timely manner. I am definitely going back to Toyota of Orlando and Gabriella.

Normally when I arrive the technician looks up my car, checks service needed and walks me thru it. This was not done this time. Also when my car is done the technician usually walks me thru the inspection results what was done etc. I had to ask multiple times titling be walked thru what was done and when I was walked thru not much detail was provided

Although I went back and had my tires rotated a second time after my service, my car still veers to the right a lot. I’m just wondering why all of sudden after my service I started having this issue. Is it truly that I need new tires? Is it truly because they rotated the tires? Can’t my car be aligned more properly in the meantime?

I appreciate his patience,being on top of things and getting them done. This is the second experience I've had with Michael Natale and both times he has goyt things taken care of and in a timely manner! He makes sure to text me when things are done and called me when he said he would. So Thank you for that!
