First of all, we didn’t get any follow up after we started complaining the day that we get our rental car. Our Toyota Highlander is our family car & Bryan was informed that we have a planned vacation out of town for our wedding anniversary that can’t be canceled & we need a rental car comparable to ours. Gus, who took over Bryan during Memorial weekend was not a help at all. I have to call 3x before I get an update. Gus gave us a small Outlander for a family of 5 that needs to travel to South FL plus our luggages. Nobody dared to update us about my car after Memorial holiday. I have literally text Bryan again to ask for an update. I’m a manager myself but I don’t treat customers like this!!! I bought this 2018 Highlander brand new from Toyota of Orlando & all maintenance were from the same dealership. I can’t believe that I have an engine problem! I had a Toyota 4Runner for almost 9 years with no problem like this. I also had my first car Toyota Scion for almost 4 years. I’ve never been mistreated & my family by Toyota prior to this service. This is unacceptable!!! We have to pay a rental car out of pocket since we can’t fit on a small Outlander. Plus staff were laughing at my husband at the dealership when he started complaining. That is very insulting!!!

John wells did an amazing job like always. Me and my daughter shuttle to keke and on our way back I called at 12:10 for the shuttle it would only take less than 15 minutes 30 minutes later had to call for another shuttle got to Toyota while waiting to pay John explaining to me what service was don’t the cashier valerian just took the next person like how rude her excuse was we was talking I been coming to Toyota for years and today was the worst experience John apologize so many time which it’s was not his fault I will deal with John anytime.
