2 1/4 hours for a simple service on a car with less than 4,000 miles on it is too long. I also received multiple automatic text messages telling me my car was ready, which was untrue and annoying. Victor was as helpful as he could be but this was the most disappointing service appointment I have ever had at your dealership over the three cars I have leased from you over the years. Thank you.

Came to change oil took 2hours this is not good when you can get this service cheaper in 30 min at other dealership service with the rep eddie was always good however my opinion their is a lack of communication too many employees at this toyata dealership for customers to be waiting so long i was told I didn't have an appointment when I actually called and rep said there was a spot at 12.30pm didn't get out till after 2pm impossible for just a oil change

Tire was damaged around the outside showing extensive damage to the side wall of tire. Service guy said it was still good. Even though the tire looked unsafe. Hope the tire doesn’t blow out anytime soon causing harm to me or my family..
