Eduardo was very helpful. I could not get my free service as I was stuck in Virginia. Missed it by few months. I had auto accident and was ill. This was my fourth Toyota. Will go to another car in future. But tech was terrific. Could not afford the services now. Water pump was recall. Thank you for asking.,,,

I have been coming to yours since 2000 for all of our vehicles’ needs! They always found the coupons as the way to thank you for my loyalty. It is 10%. Not much! This time, I let the supervisor know I was his place loyalty customer! I did not have any coupons with me. It was Saturday at 6:30 am! I asked if he could give me any coupon for my 700$ service! He refused to do so with the reason his boss asked him to do that! Actually, I did talk to his boss one time! He was very nice person. I don’t believe his boss refused my 10%! He gave me his business card! He won customer service award!!! I really wanted to give him the survey during my check out! However, the cashier did not give me any questionnaire! For me 10% of my 700$ service is nothing! However, sometimes, you should show your thank you to your customers!

Bryan made me feel welcome and he understood what my car needed. He was very efficient, explained everything in details. Thank you tor everything!

I loved her service. She was straight to the point of what was wrong the things I should do to my car and when I said not today she didn’t push me and give me the “if you done do this, your car might do this.”
