Eddie was not present when my vehicle was returned to me. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my vehicle and noticed it was outside on the ready row. No one came to get me, I had to tell someone that was my vehicle was outside. My vehicle had a car wash request and it was not washed. I did not see any paper protector on the driver side mat from being service. I had to question what service was done to my vehicle. I guess it was a bad day all around for everyone. I didn't feel good about my service overall.
