The most recent service was better, but just 2 days prior they said the problem was the battery (after they could not find the problem at first) and they said we needed a new tire due a nail that was going into the side-wall. This would have sent me down the path of buying 2 tires to keep some consistency in the drive. We took it somewhere else and they said that was not the case and the simply patched where the nail was. These leads us down the path of not trusting the service department and to start looking at vehicles with other dealers.
First of all I would like to say that John Wells was amazing!! He was so professional and very knowledgeable, he took time with my mother abd myself, showing us my car and exactly what was wrong with it instead of just telling us what needed to be replaced, so for that alone spoke volumes!! In the past I would always go to the Toyota Dealership in Clermont but not anymore strictly because of the wonderful service John Wells gave me, I will now be coming to Toyota of Orlando. John Wells in my and my mother’s opinion is definitely an asset for your company, I felt like he treated us with honesty and respect, which is hard to find these days.

Came for a oil change only to leave with a problem at hand Eduardo did his best to provide a good service but am more upset that whoever did the oil change did a horrible job by screwing up the oil pan gasket/plug and the excuse use was “it pretty common because they normally happen after awhile” and to get it fix (I would have to leave it there( free of charge am guessing)) if it couldn’t be fix it would cost me between $671-1200 which I don’t have. That just leave a bad taste for me to ever put my trust back in Toyota dealership service again. I understand why charge so much but it fact that it seems like scam to have me pay more money out of my pocket for something that was perfectly fine Only needed a oil change to lead to another big problem

Danny Dietrick was very helpful and kind. The one thing I was just disappointed with is that my car didn’t get a car wash. I am use to another brand of car that would always give me my car back nice and clean after a service. And this location offers car washing! Otherwise serving the car was quick and efficient.
