I had an appointment and I had to wait over 4 hours for oil change, new tires and rotatio. Don't think I am going to use this location anymore to service my car.

I have my tire rotation appointment at 7:00. I got there at 6:50. I was the only one at lobby.after 1hr and 15mins. I am still waiting for check out. she got so many other people keys on the desk who came way late than me. She just check out other first. so racism. even tire rotation is free. but don't forget I bought the 4 tires at Toyota of Orlando
