I’m happy with my service advisor, Roger, but Hey Roger. IWhoever serviced this car needs to be reprimanded. It look like someone took this car for a joyride and never put anything back the way it was. The car is dirty, drivers seat moved all the way forward, side mirrors are all over the place, AC is on full low, seat warmers are all the way up, and that's what I saw after just getting inside.

Danny was extremely professional and was to the point. I told him what I wanted and he wasn’t pushy and gave me an honest time of when he thought the car was going to be done. This was probably the best experience I have had with Toyota in general because of Danny. Thank you!

I was very disappointed that the Orange County mask mandate is not enforced at Toyota of Orlando. There were employees as well as customers without masks at this location. When brought to the attention of the customer service rep.he said that they can’t enforce it. Very disappointed. This is a health and safety issue.
