I am upset as when I dropped my car for ABS and break issue to Toyota my car window tint was scratched. I told Danny Dietrick when i had to come to drop off my car again for previous issue. He helped me to resolve break issue and told me to drop my car again to get the window tint replace. Toyota did the tint on my window but the quality is not good. It still has little bump at the bottom of my window. Wish I would have got it done properly. What should I do to get it done properly.

The auto service was fine. The car wash was a catastrophe. I was going to skip it but was told I was fifth in line and would take @ 25 mins.
After an hour, my car was still not washed and then I was told the car wash was down.
I will assume Brian was not given accurate info. But it was a lot of time wasted for nothing.

I’m satisfied with my car service , how ever there were a few things that I wasn’t satisfied like the van never came to pick me up and John the person who was helping , text me one time offering help but when I reply with some question he never answer my 5 text , he say something in the phone system was not working .

Excellent customer service
I believe the gentleman who too care of me is named Bryan, hewas good and informative. But, service took forever. My appointment was at 11:30 and I didn’t leave the facility until 2:51pm. That is insane when all I went in for was a flat repair. The food at the café took forever as well and had to remind them about my order.

Arron helped me so much. I nearly left the dealership because Roger Choo Yick had the worst customer service ever and was one of the rudest sales rep I ever had in my life. Roger Choo Yick is the worst employee u guys have. If I see him there again there will be a problem for sure.
