I found a nut on the floorboard of my car when I got home. So I am not sure if my seatbelt is safe to use. Not happy!

Get your staff on board with presenting proper pricing when a customer asks how much something will cost.. I asked the day before and was told 180$ then when I came in asked again and was told 194$ then was presented a bill for 320$! I complained and they adjusted to 240.. but still.. not happy

Paid a diagnostic fee for a full inspection of a recently bought Ridgeline and access to the trunk. Four HOURS later I had to call for a update, to find that the trunk had been pryed open. That's all. Zero inspections otherwise. Had made an appointment weeks in advance. Waited another half hour for paperwork to leave. No car wash or cleaning. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I have to go back to Bob Boyte Honda to have the service completed. The person who was putting on the door guards did not put one of them on correctly and it had to be removed. This not an item kept in stock.
