I really dislike doing these surveys.
Michael helps me out always when I bring my car in for service. He greets me with a smile and we joke around with each other. I would like to thank everyone in the service department, including the guy who washes my car. It’s such a welcoming environment and amazing hospitality! I wouldn’t want to do business with anybody else. You guys are like family to me. Thank you !!

I asked about a discount or coupon since I receive one from Auto Nation in Mobile every so often, but have never received one from Bob Boynt Honda and this is the third time I have had my car serviced at Bob Boynt Honda. I was told to look up a coupon online next time before my paperwork is written up. Not what I expected.

Service was quick and thorough. Jason did a wonderful job making sure everything was taken care of and keeping me in the loop with the progress. This was my first visit but I will definitely return for any of my future Honda needs.
First Micheal Francis didn’t help me a lady used his computer therefore his name is on my ticket. Second there was an available discount that she didn’t apply to my oil change price. Third I stood at the door 3+minutes before being assisted when the lady was sitting at her desk when I walked in. I was greeted by Micheal whom was helping another customer immediately. So this time I was not completely satisfied for the reasons listed above.
