Jason took care of coordinating a solution for vibration occurring in a recently installed tire from Firestone. His skill in coordinating a solution with the mechanic without it costing me a fortune was greatly appreciated. I will continue getting my car fixed at Bob Boyte Honda in Pascagoula.

The service of my vehicle was fine. The problem that I found out was that the edge of my hood by the wiper blades was scratched pretty bad. I noticed it after it was serviced. I'm definitely not happy about that at all. I hope and pray that it doesn't happen again.

Jason was very patient with me in reference to the purchase of a tire for my wife's car. I was so pleased with his attitude and attention to every question that I am thinking of buying tires for my Fordf250 if possible. Jason Green is a good man.

Jason has waited on me about 4 times. I thought about tipping him today. He such a calm and competent person, and from a customer’s viewpoint, that is what is needed when you walk in the door. Customers often don’t know if they will be paying $100 or $2,000, which can be stressful. He went out and vacuumed my car, which he didn’t tell me he would be personally doing that for me. I saw him when I went back to get my coffee cup. Another thing is the texts I receive regarding the progress on my car. He personally also walked over and updated me. He is a special employee. I think he needs a bonus and an award for others to emulate.

Jason was great. It wasn't busy and everything got done very quickly. Even saw Jason himself vacuuming out the car. That was surprising and impressive. Don't if that's really his job (or should be) but on a slow day, seeing people pitch in to get things done well looks good to us customers.

Great place to take your car! Changed my timing belt along with other things it was all done in one day!! You cannot beat that kind of service. They were very professional , nice and went out of the way to fix my car on a drop of a dime and I don’t know these guys from Adam ???? even washed and cleaned my car! Would definitely go back!! Thanks again guys !
