Staff was friendly and respectful,but needs to communicate with customers better.I came in at 7:30 A.M. and was told it would be a couple of hours.I waited there in the lobby for 4 hours,no one updated me on my car or said anything.I approached them and asked when would my car be ready?I was told it would be a couple more hours!They did provide me a courtesy car so I could handle other business I had,but this could've been done hours ago!They came in the lobby to give other customers updates,but forgot about me.I returned the next day as I was having trouble with my starter,and was told that they noticed my car was having trouble starting but forgot to tell me the day before.Better communication is needed!

I was very pleased with the service on my CRV. Jason Green greeted me with a smile, made sure what was wanted and gave me my options. He was very informative, kept me up with the progress and explained things when needed. The car was serviced well.
The two gentlemen who shampooed my seats were very courteous, knowledgeable and kind.

Brought my car in for detailing. It looked great! Had to wait less than one hour. I was very well pleased. Will bring it in again for this same service.

After taking car back 3 times, the car is still making the same noise it was making the first time I took it in. Each time I took it in they would say it was something different and wanted to charge me more money. Then, they wouldn't have the Honda parts in stock and would want to use an aftermarket part. Not very good service from a new business to the area. I won't be back. I will inform others of how I was treated and how bad the service I received or should I say didn't receive was.
Jason did a great job on keeping me apprised on the status of my vehicle during my visit.
