Franklin was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my entire encounter, from dropping it off, to assisting me with payment, to picking it up and going over what was done to my vehicle and helping me get a new appt to have the mechanic look at my ac since he was unfortunately unavailable today. Highly recommend Franklin to anyone who needs assistance and look forward to working with him in the future.

Took way too long. Franklin was very accommodating and had his assistant take me home and pick me back up. That was greatly appreciated. His assistant who drove me was also very nice and polite. It just took too darn long for regular maintenance; about 4 1/2 hrs.

The service department at key west Kia is hands down the BEST on the island! I can not say enough good things about them!
A little upset had my vehicle all day and at 4:00 pm I received a text my car was ready but with no estimate and then you wanted to keep my over the weekend If you would of called earlier on in the day I would of spent the 1000.0p and sum dollars to fix the car.
