Never had a time where the service here wasn't top notch and aces all around.immediate attention as soon as I pulled into the bay. We reviewed what I had asked to be done prior to servicing. Repairs were done within the time frame Kevin stated. Because of this I will buy my next vehicle from kocourek. One small recommendation. My bill stated that I received a complementary car wash. The car was not washed.2 and time that has happened. It is no big deal but if you don't wash the car, it shouldn't be on the bill.
Car brought to you by Gerber Collision who are working on because of deer damage. Still haven’t got vehicle back from them.
