Alex Shuster was the young man who checked our car in. He was very professional and most courteous and polite. He went beyond his duties in pairing up my new cell phone w/Bluetooth in my car. He thoroughly explained all that was done in servicing our car. We will definitely request him the next time we bring our Subaru in.

The service representative was great. The end result of the service (headlight bulbs replacement) was not. The light pattern cast by the new bulbs ate nowhere near as effective as the bulbs they replaced and there is no similarity between the left and right bulbs. One light pattern curves upward and the other downwards. Worse performance and a sloppy install was not what I was hoping for after a 2hr wait and $250 cost.
