Chris was excellent but the other two Service Advisors need to work on their customer service skills, this is the second time I have taken my car for service and stand without anyone acknowledging my presence, Shuster and the other advisor/manager just sat there in front of their monitors and basically stared at their screens. I’m glad Chris saved the day, I love my Subaru but Service/Maintenance is the weakest point at this dealership, this advisors need some basic customer service skills, they do not have to like the person going for service they just need to show they care for their paying customers.

They said they’d check my car to see why the emergency parking button was not disengaging, and when I went to pick it up they said they’d have someone look at it to check it. I didn’t have time so I had to leave. Everybody was nice though…

This was the greatest service experience of all time! I didn’t want to go to the dealer because I am always concerned about the cost. But Matt did everything in his power to help out. He spent a great deal of time working with my service warranty until he got it done. He could have easily given up and left me with nothing but costly alternatives or pushed worst case scenarios but I felt he kept trying to make it work for me. I bought a new Honda and couple of years ago because I heard they were relatable. I used the used the Rockwall Honda dealer down the street. About 3 weeks after the purchase we started having issues. Their service department said it was due to flooding in the rain though we parked in the garage from the day we bought it. I literally traded it just because I felt the service department was going to kill me over time. If Matt stays at y’all’s place I may be making a new Subaru purchase there soon. Was really an awesome experience to have someone not try and take advantage of the customer for once. Will definitely have great things to say about y’all’s dealership after today!!
