My car is not any better. It still hesitates when applying the excelerator at low speeds. I am frustrated that nothing can be done about this.

I arrived to service garage and waited for member of service dept to come out and get my info. Never happened. There were 3 cars in line ahead of me without drivers. Karina was the only person at the service desk. Several other employees were walking around but they all ignored me. Karina was very polite and took my info and got my car back for my service appt. Usually I am greeted the minute I drive up. Must have been a bad day.
Fast and efficient! Karina went above and beyond talking through my 150k vehicles maintenance history and helping me plan out upcoming major service. Will definitely be back
