Prompt excellent service. I arrived a little early for my appt and they immediately got it in line. My service tech was very attentive( Alex Schuster). I have had good service every time I've been in - and will continue to drive to Norm Reeves for service.

I had an appointment. There were other cars in front of me. They not all had appointments at the same time obviously.
Two oil changes ago I needed new tires per service writer. One prior to this appointment my tires were good. Now they are in serious shape. There is absolutely no consistency in inspections. My windshield wipers were also worn out. My car stays in the garage. I was courtesy given replacement. I appreciate that

Great service excellent communication. Asked for an alignment, and was given two separate sheets detailing the before and after information on the vehicles toe, camber, and caster. The rep I talked to even threw my car on a lift before I left to discuss a few solutions on small issues that I didn't notice before had without trying to upsell anything because they knew it was work I am capable of doing myself. Second time I've come in after having the techs do a full fluid swap on everything in my vehicle. I will only come back to Norm Reeves for my vehicle now. And I even bought my Toyota GT86 from Toyota of Rockwall.
