Great experience, Karina is very helpful.
My husband and daughter brought her car back in, as she had a frightening experience driving the car in Ft Worth in heavy traffic in 4 different freeways/toll roads. The car acted the same as it did before service was performed, plus there was a weird skewing on the dash. She got pictures of both problems, and showed them to the service people. They were very dismissive and refused to take another look.
After this experience, we won’t be back! There are plenty of other places to go-

Karina Rubio was so prompt in addressing my car’s battery issues, informing me of the process for replacement, making sure that the service was quickly and efficiently performed and that the checkout procedure was immediate upon my arrival. Everyone was professional and friendly.
Wished you still had the $35 oil change for any type of oil. Advisor had a dissatisfied attitude when I presented the coupon when I was checking out. I know the carwash is complementary, but multiple areas of the car was still dirty especially down the middle.
