We came in for our 2nd oil change on the crosstrek and I sort of expected a car wash. Either way, I am not that upset it didnt happen. I am more upset about the text message to try to buy our crosstrek! We met with Angel, did a test drive of a 2026 Outback - bought the show room floor model Touring XT, SAME DAY as oil change, then 2 days later someone texts me from your dealership to try and purchase our crosstrek. So, are you sharing our information?

My family had bought 3 cars from Subaru in the last 8 years. We love Subaru as far as the cars go. As for the service we have received from Norman Reeves, we are very unsatisfied with. I’ve had several oil changes done with companies outside of Subaru. The one oil change that I do get at a Subaru store in 10 minutes later my car was smoking. After that, a week later I found myself paying $3000 to get additional work done after that one oil change. A little over a year later I’m quoted almost $6000 because my car is having the same issues that we’re supposed to be resolved but now has worsen. I feel like no one has taken accountability for what happened the first time nor has anyone been proactive to ensure this issue wouldn’t have occurred again. It wasn’t until I said that I wanted a second opinion that I was told that Norman Reeves could work with me on a price point. Ultimately I decided to go with a different company with better customer care.
