I had an check engine light come on as I traveled from the Austin area to Dallas. I brought my vehicle to you to be repaired. Heather came to my assistance. She was very helpful, friendly, and found my my problem quickly. She got me into a rental vehicle, so I could attend my birthday celebrations and kept me informed on updates on my vehicle. She made sure repairs were made so I get home on time. I wished I lived in the area so I could routinely have my vehicle serviced here! Heather was a lifesaver!

The service was great up until the lady that called on Friday to tell me my car was ready.. I didn't appreciate being told " we need the loaner back( with a sense of attitude )when it was expressed that I wouldn't hear back until earliest Saturday with a update.. I understand and appreciate that my car was fixed earlier than expected but that doesn't mean I was able to swing on by to switch. I called later that day and spoke with the gentleman about the situation. He understood and noted in my account I would be there on Saturday to pick up my car. I expressed to him that I would not be able to leave work until 3:00 p.m. and I live over an hour away in most traffic situations. We got there on Saturday and no one was there to swap out cars. The sales department had to call in someone to come find my paperwork and keys. This gentleman was extremely apologetic and I appreciate him coming back to take care of the situation. All in all generally good experience minus the conversation my assistant had with the lady calling regarding the car.

Happy they were able to do my first oil change a day earlier and I like that they do a thorough check via video plus go through the video to explain what they did.
