The people there were all very nice. However, I am upset that my 7 month old brand new car, needed a software update to eliminate the sight errors displayed on my dash. But worse than that, it took 2 1/2 hours. There is so much software **** in the car, more stuff to screw up and go wrong. Why couldn't that be done in my driveway, overnight??? I didn't see what the tech had to do, but a software update seems easy to me, but takes time to download and update. Maybe they should have suggested me dropping it off and have to update overnight.

Friendly service, loved how the minute we got there Chris came out and stated he might known what it is and put the car on the lift in the Service Drive to show me. He was correct with his prediction of the front speed sensor. We had a bit of a problem with communication with the text messages on the status of my car repair, but no problem.
Sandra was great. She was professional and easy to speak to. She along with the staff helped assist me and get my vehicle working normally again. Great experience. Very appreciative of my experience!
Alex was AMAZING! TRUE POST SALES SERVICE AT ITS BEST.he was polite, concerned and informative. Did some digging into my Subaru's history and found an overlooked fault. I'm going to ask for him every time I come in for a service. Thank you Alex for an amazing experience.
Love to go into Subaru and have my car service… I like my video clip I get seeing what was done. Love my service man that gets my info he goes the extra mile for my car needs! And while I wait the coffee and snacked!!

I appreciate the wash on top of the general service. And biggest of all I appreciate the service team putting on my arm rest extender for me. I’m sure I could have figured it out on my own. The service department at this dealership is top notch. They listen to what I have to say, detect what needs to be done, and then executes the tasks in a professional manner. Manager Chris has a good team and I applaud how well they work together. Service writer Jesus recognizes me and instinctively what I need. I bought my Forester new 23 months ago. It has 88,600 miles on it. I plan on acquiring my next vehicle here once it hits @ 200,000 miles.
