Last oil change my washer fluid light was on. I complained thinking they forgot to fill it. On check in yesterday I told him the story and that the washer fluid light was on and to check it during oil change. Paid for service, went out to pick up car and washer fluid light was still on. Went back in and told him and he said “oh, must be a sensor”. Ok can you fix it. He said it’s under warranty and we will have to replace bottle. I said ok, but have already been here a while and have an appt. He said it should take about 1.5 hours. I had to leave. Why didn’t they check it or figure it out while in for service than letting me discover they hadn’t addressed it?
I’m really happy with a change of management! Seth was absolutely amazing making sure all the car needs were met, followed up with me throughout the process. Thank you!

I have to say after bringing in for warranty work and then getting a list
( 5500) of things wrong with the car was very suspicious to me .
Saying we needed to get things fixed like the brakes/rotors which I had done in 6/2024 and I worked from home and barely drove the car.
My husband changes the filter and WW blades regularly as needed .
I will say JESUS is the most kind and helpful employee and if it wasn’t for him I might would have not come back . He definitely needs a raise or promotion .
I try to stay away from dealerships because of the issues we have dealt with in the past ( overcharging, coming up with problems, )
I will definitely come back because of him . It’s hard to find good employees like him .

I replaced all tires and had an alignment done on 4/6. They told me on my passenger rear side cannot be corrected. I want to talk to manager why? And the tires pressures were not done correctly. They are40,41(front)40,33(rear). It looks like only one tire was 33. I fixed them and I also I took a picture

They didn’t look into my warranty to see if my ac was under warranty and told me I had to call my warranty for it.

I just purchased a 2026 Outback and brought it in to have mud flaps installed.
