I've been to this dealership several times for services. This was the first time visiting service where I felt very "sold" to, the service tech was very pushy on trying to "upsell" me on services, where I exactly knew what I wanted to do while visiting (oil change and tire rotation). Additionally, she brought to my attention that I needed brakes done, but she threw a scare tactic at me if I dont do them now, It'll be more expensive later. I recognize the importance of doing brakes, so I was willing to do them. I asked if i could use an additional coupon for the brake service (I was using one for the oil change) and she said it was only one offer per customer, so I told here, I'd come back to visit and do the brakes tomorrow. I dont know why she couldnt accept the 15% off coupon to do the brakes, but if it's a system thing, there should have some ability to override. I've owned 5 Subarus and have purchased 2 from this dealership. I'm used to the professional service that Alex Schuster would provide me and my family but this time, I was not pleased with how Sandra treated me during this visit. Needless to say, I wont be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership (even though its the closest) for service.
