I was completely satisfied with my service experience with Alexander Schuster. I was so impressed with how he went above and beyond to provide great customer service from the time he greeted me at my car when I drove into the service bay, to explaining in detail what the issue was and what it will take to get my Forester repaired. To having the loaner car ready to go and making sure I knew about the Auto Start/Stop feature as my car does not have that feature. A really nice touch was when I picked up my Forester, Alex let me know about my car's repairs, warranty and how well it ran now. He brought my car into the service bay & informed me he left it running with the A/C on because it had been sitting outside and was warm. Alex Schuster provided 110% great customer service from start to finish. Thank you!

I talked to Alex and he said I needed a lot of work done, I said I'd do it all and maybe y'all could throw in an oil change and new wiper blades". He said "maybe I can find a coupon" He ended up getting "the coupon" for me, but I just felt like I was inconveniencing everyone! I miss Steven. He used to greet me so kindly and smile. I picked up my car after y'all having it for 2 days to get some pretty expensive work done. It was $2300. It wasn't even washed when I picked it up. The girl working there said "Oh I'm sure it was done, but do you want me to run it through again?" I said, "it wasn't done, it still has the same bird poop on it that was there when I brought it in" Then I asked the service manager (?) if y'all still do free car washes, or if Steven just did that because he was so nice and he said "Well, as long as you don't mind waiting, we get really busy and don't always have time". I realize everyone "gets busy" and I realize Steven is one of a kind, I just didn't get the friendliness I had with him. I'll probably go back to Sewell for my future needs. It didn't matter if I was just getting a car wash, oil change, or major service done at Sewell. They always greet EVERYONE with a smile and are so friendly. I moved to Rockwall a year ago and was hoping y'all would work out! Thanks.

I’ve dealt with Alex several times (oil changes, fixes, etc). Hold onto him. He’s a valuable employee. He goes above and beyond and I always leave there knowing I received the best possible service.

The service I received from Michael was excellent.
i did appriciate that theylooked at problem and got me back out the door quickly and alex was very good thanks but the door was not all the way put back together i dont mind that i have to come back when they get my part in but i dont have a trim piece and i dont want them to loose it just concerned of that.
The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient.
Alex was amazingly helpful and kind. He kept me informed and updated on progress. I very much appreciated his attention and service.
