Jesus Revera has again made the experience 5 stars. I came in for a routine oil chg, only to find out I had a leak in my transmission seal. He knew i had a planned road trip n expedited the repair to meet my schedule. He handled the experience w professionalism n understanding. Thank you to Jesus!

When l scheduled the service online the first reason l stated for bringing the car in was to have the CVT fluid level checked and corrected if required. It wasn't until l got there that l was informed they will only do that if you get the $300 flush. Also it seemed like everyone was scheduled for about the same 3 hours we were there. When we left at 2 PM the waiting room was almost empty.

One of the supplemental warranty packages was misrepresented by the finance rep. I don’t believe that it was intentionally done. They just misunderstood their product. They told me that the terms were per year for five years. But when I asked where was that wording in writing they couldn’t find it. It was only after talking to the company that services the warranty that they found out that the terms were not per year, but for the whole five year term. For example, the tire coverage was $1000 total for five years, but they told me that it would be $5000 for five years.

Great service! This was my first oil change (complementary) for my OB 2025. After the oil change the car feels less sluggish... I am extremely happy with the new performance of the car after the oil change.

I am not sure why my RO is closed as I have made it very clear that I will not be picking the vehicle until I do another test drive with my technician and/or shop foreman. While conducting my test Friday last Friday the technician was able to duplicate the break screeching sound. On Monday I received a message my car is ready for pick up. I informed my advisor that I am not comfortable picking up my car until I do another test drive. The one issue that was able to be duplicated is not fixed and I am supposed be okay to pick up the vehicle.

The entire service team and in particular Patrick Wortham and the gentleman who actually worked on my vehicle were fantastic. All my experiences with this dealership have always been above well above average. I’m always recommending people to this dealership. In fact, I encourage my mother-in-law to purchase a vehicle from here just a few months ago.

Patrick was awesome! I did not have an appointment and I was having tire issues and he quickly made time for my emergency. Also my oil change timeframe was approaching so he asked if I would like to take care of that with the tires? I agreed. He informed me about all my tires having nails and the price it would be to replace them. He made sure my car was safe and ready before the end of the day. I just appreciate his service all around!
