Responded to a text from Chris that my USB ports wouldn’t read from a USB drive with map updates and that they hadn’t worked since Subaru updated the STARLINK system from 3G. He never responded back
This was my first visit to the service department since purchasing my Sabaru. The personnel was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was a great experience.
I took it in on Monday for a blinker problem after having brought it in the Saturday before. It’s now Friday and still don’t have my car, for a blinker problem. It’s very frustrating

One cap screw not installed! Windshield washer fluid not filled.
