Chris was amazingly helpful in helping me navigate this. Everyone was great and it got done in a reasonable amount of time. The battery was definitely overpriced, but I felt I had no other option to get it done quickly.

Best service department that I have ever worked with.
1. Patrick Wortham was not a pleasant person at the first interaction I even asked if he was ok. 2. A charge of $189. For diagnostics by the mgr overrode thank goodness 3. Patrick never came to get me or send a text on the diagnosis I had to walk up and ask TWO HOURS later 3. The cost $977 4. I had to call back to ask for the text on the diagnosis to which I could have serviced my car for the back brakes if I had known. He never told me 5. Waste of my time I lost 2 hours and now I have go back again to service the rest? The worst experience I have ever had
I’m not at all satisfied with what I was told about the audio system. If there’s a problem and people have complained about messing up then why hasn’t the issue been corrected?
