I dropped my car off on a Thursday for an issue and was told they would call me the next day to let me know what they found. When I didn’t hear anything, I called late the next afternoon. Service let me know they found the issue and sent in a request for warranty coverage and it would take about day to get an answer. It wasn’t approved until the following Tuesday and the part was ordered. I was told it should get there on Friday and they would install it. Friday comes and no call comes so I call in the afternoon. Part hasn’t come in and should be here on Monday and they would talk with the tech to see how soon they would get the part in. He hoped they could squeeze me in and be done by Tuesday or Wednesday. I would think that since my truck has been there for nearly two weeks at this point, mine would be a priority and not have to be squeezed in. Well I got the same story Monday, was told part will come on Tuesday. It wasn’t until Wednesday that I got a call that part was in it will be ready Thursday, two weeks after dropping off my car. Well, Thursday comes and I received a call that it wouldn’t be ready until Friday.
This was my first encounter with your service department and all in all, I didn’t enjoy my experience with them. Poor estimations to complete the job and lack of communication were major contributors. I had to constantly call to get information.
Great customer service and great communication skills with the customer.
Leila was awesome. Did her best to try to keep us informed on the repair process.
Advised me that I needed work done that I didn't actually need.
