I hope this takes care of the mildew smell in my car. I’ve been dealing with this issue since I bought it. Thank you for doing the service free of charge. If this doesn’t fix it, hopefully Toyota will help. The car is a 2019 that I bought from colonial Toyota and has only been serviced by colonial dealerships. Cost isn’t as important to me as time. As someone who works in a jail, you can always make more money. You can never make more time. I rely on my car to get me point a to point b and I rely on colonial to keep it serviced appropriately and in tip top shape and provided the least amount of down time. I have not had a bad experience at colonial motor mart. I have bought 3 cars from there and they are all serviced there. Holly is always especially nice and seems to treat everyone with respect and care. Her service is one of the reasons I stick with colonial. Again, thanks for the help today.

Always exelent service

Everyone I have encountered is very pleasant and helpful. Holly is a real asset to your business and Mike is really a nice guy. My only sort of negative comment would relate to whoever answers the general telephone .... can’t give you a name; couldn’t understand as she spoke so rapidly.
