Outstanding service experience
I mistakenly arrived an hour late today. Tom still took my vehicle in for service which I greatly appreciated.
The Service Department at Colonial is excellent! It is a large factor in my decisions to buy new Toyotas at Colonial. From the technicians to the managers and desk personnel, they are all honest, knowledgeable, and very skilled in working with customers.
My recent experience with Dan Doyle was excellent as always. He is professional, efficient, prompt and courteous. I was completely satisfied.
